Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SugarDaddy Singapore website located at sugar-daddy-singapore.com and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and SugarDaddy Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("SugarDaddy Singapore," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Singapore.

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or clicking "I agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

1.2 You must be a human individual. Accounts registered by bots, automated methods, or on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent are strictly prohibited.

1.3 You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Singapore and your country of residence.

1.4 You must not be prohibited from using online services under the laws of Singapore or any applicable jurisdiction.

1.5 We reserve the right to refuse access to, or terminate the account of, any person who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform

2.1 SugarDaddy Singapore is a lifestyle social networking platform designed to connect consenting adults for the purpose of forming win-win beneficial relationships, including companionship, mentorship, and social engagement.

2.2 SugarDaddy Singapore is not an escort agency, introduction agency, or any form of service that facilitates or promotes illegal sexual activity, solicitation, or prostitution. Any use of the Platform for such purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to Singapore law enforcement authorities.

2.3 We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in any particular connection, relationship, or outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of any Member on or off the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 To access the full features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at safety@sugar-daddy-singapore.com upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 You may not create more than one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently terminated.

3.5 All profiles are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, and to decline or suspend any account that cannot be sufficiently verified.

3.6 Profile information, photographs, and other content must accurately represent you. Using photographs of another person, using a false name, or materially misrepresenting your identity or circumstances is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

4.1 You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

  • Solicit, offer, or exchange money, goods, or services for sexual acts of any kind;
  • Engage in, facilitate, or promote prostitution, trafficking, or any form of sexual exploitation;
  • Contact, solicit, or attempt to communicate with any person under the age of 21;
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or otherwise abuse any other Member;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic (except in profile sections expressly designated for such content), hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other Members without their express consent;
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") to other Members;
  • Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful computer code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other system or network;
  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose under Singapore law or any applicable law;
  • Blackmail, extort, or threaten any Member;
  • Share another Member's personal information, photographs, or communications without their express written consent.

4.2 Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to the Singapore Police Force or other relevant authorities.

5. Membership & Payment

5.1 Certain features of the Platform require a paid membership ("Membership"). Membership tiers and pricing are set out on our Sugar Daddy pricing page and Sugar Baby pricing page, and are subject to change upon reasonable notice.

5.2 All Membership fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Payment is processed by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. By submitting your payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable Membership fee to your chosen payment method.

5.4 Memberships are billed in advance for the selected period (1, 3, or 6 months). Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your Membership will automatically renew at the then-current rate.

5.5 You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of a Membership period.

5.6 If your payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend your account until payment is successfully processed. Continued failure to pay may result in account termination.

5.7 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other applicable mandatory law.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform ("Member Content"), including photographs, text, and other materials. By uploading Member Content, you grant SugarDaddy Singapore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your Member Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

6.2 You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the above licence, and that your Member Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

6.3 All content on the Platform other than Member Content — including the Platform's design, software, text, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to SugarDaddy Singapore and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any such content without our prior written consent.

6.4 We reserve the right to remove any Member Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Privacy

7.1 Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

7.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform, including Member Content.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, SugarDaddy Singapore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8.4 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Membership fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SugarDaddy Singapore, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your Member Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Termination

10.1 You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion of your account constitutes termination of these Terms with respect to your use of the Platform.

10.2 We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or pose a risk to the safety of other Members or the integrity of the Platform.

10.3 Upon termination for any reason, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. We are not obligated to retain your account data following termination, except as required by applicable law or set out in our Privacy Policy.

10.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 — shall so survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

11.3 Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to look for injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. General

12.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SugarDaddy Singapore with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely without restriction.

12.5 Amendments. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.6 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
